Second lesson in learning Thai and I’m getting confused with the structure of sentences. Even in English, I keep getting what’s a verb, noun, pronoun, adverb, adjective, preposition, conjunction, and interjection mixed up. I could get away with not having a clear definition of what they are in English because it’s my ‘native’ language. But when it comes to Thai and the need to deconstruct the English way of structuring sentences, my ignorance is getting me absolutely ngong!
Looks like I need to conquer this old enemy before winning the Thai war of words.
