Was wandering around my neighbourhood while admiring the day’s glorious blue sky blanketed with impenetrable clouds when I came near the National Kidney Foundation (NKF). From afar, I’d seen that the clouds parted and formed a sort of hole, or halo, above the NKF Centre.
NKF is a charitable organisation that provides dialysis treatments and rehabilitative care for patients suffering from kidney failure. However, back in July 2005, the charity was embroiled in a scandal that heralded an era of high profile criminal breach of trust cases by charitable organisations which implicated T. T Durai (NKF), Reverend Ming Yi (Ren Ci Hospital) in 2008, and the very recent Pastor Kong Hee (City Harvest Church).
Is this scene a reminder that heaven constantly casts a watchful eye over us? 若要人不知，除非己莫为。。。平时不做亏心事，半夜鬼来敲门也不惊！

yeah… it sure was a storm when the scandal broke out and landed some of these prominent figures in the charity scene in jail.
