Struggling to stay awake during a full-day meeting where my presence is customary rather than required, my fingers and attention began to wander… and this photo of the day was born.
Took this shot through the mouth of an empty mineral water bottle and was delighted to discover a ‘starfish’ formed by grooves of the bottle’s bottom. Discovering this shot caused a sea of wakefulness to wash over me and I survived the six-hour meeting. Phew!
